MISSION CONTROL · UNESCO UPPER MIDDLE RHINE

Turn one visitor request into a destination operating signal.

Atlas connects trusted local knowledge, itinerary logic, direct actions and anonymous demand intelligence—so an independent tourism operator can guide like a destination organization.

FROM ZERO TO DESTINATION OS

14 months of real-world building

A hackathon extension built on a live transformation.

Work began in May 2025 with no brand, no digital visitor journey and no destination system. By July 2026, Atlas connected accommodation, direct booking and a regional knowledge network into a single operating model.

May ’25Zero: brand, content and visitor infrastructure
Summer ’25BHH launches with three real accommodations
Spring ’26Explorer, map, AI Concierge and ~240 curated POIs
July ’26Live Guide, Traveller Hub and Build Week Mission Control

The existing system proves the market is real. Mission Control is the new Build Week work being judged.

READY

One request. Two useful outcomes.

A guest receives a grounded journey. The operator receives demand, trust and conversion signals.

WHY ATLAS IS DIFFERENT

Not another itinerary generator.

01

Grounded

Recommendations resolve to an owned destination source. Volatile facts are flagged, never guessed.

02

Actionable

Every journey ends with a useful route, guide or direct-booking action—not a dead-end answer.

03

Self-improving

Anonymous intent becomes a prioritised content, partner and revenue signal for the operator.
